Warranty: We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you discover any defects in our work, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of completion of the work. We will repair any defects that are covered under this warranty at no cost to you.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for those services. We will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to lost profits or loss of use.

Intellectual Property: We retain all intellectual property rights in any designs or other materials we create for you. You may not use our designs or materials without our prior written consent.

Confidentiality: We will maintain the confidentiality of any information you provide to us in connection with our services. We may disclose your information to our employees, contractors, and subcontractors only as necessary to perform our services.
